Typically you can expect your order to shipped within 7 - 14 days of purchase.

Please note that delivery dates provided at the time of checkout are system generated and are ONLY an approximation. Once an item is shipped a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you. Once a tracking number is provided, please contact UPS or USPS directly regarding changes to delivery.

We recognize that from time-to-time orders are lost or stolen.

Unfortunately we can not guarantee automatic reshipment of your lost or stolen item(s).

Yes, however shipping is currently limited to Canada, South Africa, the Carribean and Great Britain.

We are unable to cancel orders after an order has been placed.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Orders that contain pre-order items will be held for shipment approximately 4-6 weeks from the order date. We recommend you placing separate orders should you want to place an order for in stock items prior to the 4-6 week timeframe.

We are unable to combine orders placed at separate times.

Once your order is placed, an order confirmation email is automatically sent. The order confirmation email is also how you track the status of your order.

We cannot apply discount codes to an order post-purchase.

• Requests for return must be made within 14 days of delivery. We only accept returns of items in their original packaging, tags still on.

• Refunds for accepted returns are only offered in the form of a store credit, less an 8% restocking fee.

• Unfortunately items listed on our Marketplace are not eligible to be returned or refunded.

Yes, we offer free shipping to the US or Canada on all orders over $150.
