LOVE DOT Return & Exchange Policy

At LOVE DOT, each piece is thoughtfully designed and produced in limited quantities. For that reason, we maintain a clear and intentional return policy to protect the integrity of our work and our small-batch production model.

Please review carefully before completing your purchase.


ONLINE PURCHASES

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags still attached.

  • Items returned without tags, with signs of wear, or in altered condition will not be accepted.

Inspection Period

  • LOVE DOT reserves up to 7 business days from receipt of the returned item to inspect and approve or deny the return.

Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds are not offered.

  • Approved returns may be exchanged for:

    • Another item of equal or greater value, or

    • Store credit (issued via email code)

  • Store credit has no cash value and may be applied to future purchases only.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


IN-PERSON PURCHASES (POP-UPS, MARKETS, EVENTS)

  • All return conditions listed above apply.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Custom items, sale items, and clearance items are final sale.


EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are permitted only for eligible items and are subject to availability.

  • Requests must be submitted within the applicable return window (14 days online / 7 days in-person).

  • Items damaged through wear, misuse, or third-party shipping carriers are not eligible for exchange.

To initiate an exchange, email love@lovedot.co with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If store credit is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the credited amount.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.

  • LOVE DOT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return shipments.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

  • Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.


FINAL NOTE

LOVE DOT reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. Repeated return abuse or policy violations may result in future orders being declined.
