Shipping

Orders ship from one of three locations - Chicago, IL, Johannesburg, ZA, or Accra, Ghana. Items listed as "to be crafted" ship from either Johannesburg, ZA or Accra, Ghana. Please allow at least 14 days for production. Domestically and Canada we ship via UPS or USPS if shipping to a P.O. Box. We’ll notify you via email once your order is shipped. Please allow 5-7 days for us to process your order. If you have not received your shipping information within 7 days after placing your order for items not listed as "to be crafted" , send us an email love@lovedot.co

Shipping Rates:

- All orders over $150 ship free in USA and Canada. 7 - 14 business days.

Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery time.
